Paneer – 1/4 cup
Capsicums – 2
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Khoya – 1 tbsp
Curd – 1/2 cup
Broken Cashewnuts – 1 tbsp
Raisins – few
Whole Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Crushed Chilli – 1 tsp
Whole Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt as per taste

1. Cut the paneer into long, thick strips.
2. Deep fry to a light brown and keep aside.
3. Heat the oil and fry the onion and ginger.
4. Add the capsicum and fry for 10 minutes.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Then add the paneer.
7. Grated the Khoya and add along with the cashewnuts and raisins.
8. Add the curd and cook till the curd water dries.
9. Grind the cumin seeds, whole chilli, pepper and garam masala coarsely.
10. Add it to the paneer.
11. Serve hot.
