Ingredients:
Mango - 1 cup, chopped
Curd - 4 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ice cubes as required -  crushed
Water - 1 cup
Cashewnuts - 2 tblsp, coarsely powdered
Cream - 4 tblsp
Yellow Food Colour - a pinch
Mango Essence - few drops

Method:
1. Combine curd, mangoes, sugar and water in a blender.
2. Blend well for 2 minutes.
3. Transfer to a bowl.
4. Add crushed ice cubes, food colour, mango essence, cashewnuts and cream.
5. Mix well.
6. Pour into individual serving glasses.
7. Serve chilled.
