Ingredients:
Raw Rice - 4 cups
Roasted Gram Flour - 1 cup
White Butter - 50 gms
Salt - 2 tsp, powdered
Oil to deep fry

Method:
1. Wash and soak rice in water for 2 hours.
2. Strain water and grind to a thick paste.
3. Mix roasted gram flour, butter and salt.
4. Using a 3 hole disc in a murukku maker prepare small murukkus on a wet cloth.
5. Deep fry few at a time till crisp and golden.
6. Take out and put it on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
7. Store in an air-tight container.
