Beef and Bean Noodles Recipe

Beef and Bean Noodles
Ingredients:
Steak – 175 to 200 gms, trimmed, finely sliced
Sweet Sherry – 1 tblsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tblsp
Oyster Sauce – 1 tsp
Tabasco Sauce – 1 tblsp
Green Beans – 50 gms, halved
Mushrooms – 75 gms
Plain Noodles – 125 gms, cooked as per packet instructions
Spring Onions – 2, finely sliced
Oil – 1/2 tblsp

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the sliced steaks and stir-fry until well browned.
3. Add the sherry, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tabasco sauce and mix well.
4. Add the mushrooms and beans.
5. Cook for 2 minutes or until the vegetables turn tender.
6. Add the noodles and toss well.
7. Stir till the noodles are evenly coated.
8. Garnish with spring onions.
9. Serve at once.
