Mango and Grilled Shrimp Salad Recipe

Shrimp Salad
Ingredients:
Shrimps – 500 gms, shelled, deveined, tails intact
Green Beans – 250 gms, ends trimmed, halved
Mangoes – 6 to 8, ripe, peeled, pitted, diced
Red Onions – 1/2 cup, finely sliced
Dark Brown Sugar – 5 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 4 tblsp, finely chopped
Fried Onions – 4 tblsp
Red Chillies – 5, finely chopped
Cold Water as required
Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated, toasted
Sugar – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil – 2 tsp

Method:
1. Mix together the shrimps and olive oil in a bowl.
2. Broil/Grill the shrimps in a preheated oven for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Remove and keep aside.
4. Heat a large pan of water and bring to a boil.
5. Add the green beans and cook for 30 seconds.
6. Remove, drain and plungle them into the bowl of cold water.
7. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
8. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well.
9. Serve at once.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
