Stir-Fried Spicy Mushrooms

Stir-Fried Spicy Mushrooms
White Mushrooms – 225 gms, medium, sliced into 1/4 inch thick pieces
Garlic – 1 clove, small, sliced
Olive Oil – 2 1/2 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1/8 tsp
Curry Leaves – 6 to 8, chopped
Red Chilli Powder – a small pinch
Lemon Juice – 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Salt as per taste

1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame.
2. Fry the mustard seeds till it splutters.
3. Add the fennel seeds and curry leaves.
4. After 10 seconds, add the mushrooms and garlic.
5. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and add salt.
6. Add red chilli powder and lime juice.
7. Stir well and cook for a minute.
8. Add coriander leaves and stir again.
9. Remove from flame and transfer to a serving plate.
10. Serve warm.
