Mutton with Bhindi
Mutton – 1 kg, cut into pieces
Tomato Puree – 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Watermelon Juice – 2 cups
Oil – 1/2 cup + 2 to 3 tblsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tblsp
Jeera Powder – 1 tsp, roasted
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Bhindi (Okra) – 500 gms, chopped, fried in 2 tblsp oil
Salt as per taste

1. Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a pressure pan.
2. Add the mutton pieces.
3. Add salt and fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Add the ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
5. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
6. Gradually add the remaining 1/4 cup of oil, a little at a time.
7. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
8. Add 2 to 3 tblsp of water if it becomes too dry.
9. Once the meat turns brown, add 3 cups of water and pressure cook till tender and a little gravy remains.
10. Fry the bhindi pieces in 2 tblsp oil and keep aside.
11. Open the pressure pan, add the watermelon juice and fried bhindi.
12. Mix well and transfer to a serving dish.
13. Serve with rotis.
