Shrimp Vegetables

Ingredients:
Shrimp – 250 gms
Potato – 1, peeled and cubed
Pumpkin – 250 gms, cubed
Spinach Leaves – 250 gms, chopped
Five Spice Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil – 2 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tblsp
Garlic – 8 cloves
Onion – 1/2
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 2 tsp

Method:
1. Clean and wash the shrimps.
2. Mix with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and some salt.
3. Heat 1 tblsp oil in a pan and fry the shrimps till pink.
4. Grind the garlic, mustard and onion.
5. Heat oil and add the five spices. Fry for 30 seconds.
6. Add the vegetables and fry for a minute.
7. Add all the other spices and cover with a lid.
8. Cook on low fire till done.
9. Add the shrimps and mix well.
10. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes before removing from heat.
11. Serve hot.
