Spicy Potato Rounds Recipe

Potato – 2 cups, mashed
Plain Flour – 1 1/2 cups
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp, ground
Garlic Cloves – 2, crushed
Milk – 1/4 cup
Butter – 50 to 75 gms, melted
Coriander Leaves – 2 tsp, chopped
Salt as per taste

1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Lightly grease and flour the oven trays.
3. Put the mashed potato in a large bowl.
4. Add the sifted flour and rest of the ingredients.
5. Mix well to form a soft dough.
6. Knead gently for 2 minutes till the dough is smooth.
7. Roll dough between two sheets of plastic wrap to 1 cm thickness.
8. Cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter or an inverted cup.
9. Arrange on the prepared trays and bake for about 30 minutes.
10. Turn the rounds halfway through.
11. Remove and serve.
