Fish Custard

Ingredients:
Fish – 500 gms, sliced
Chilli Powder – 1 tblsp
Plain Flour – 1 tblsp
Onion – 3, large, chopped
Pepper – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Butter – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – handful
Methi – 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour – 2 tblsp
Vinegar – 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Boil water with chillies, curry leaves, onions, methi, salt and vinegar.
2. After water is well boiled and the ingredients are well cooked, add slices of fish.
3. Let it boil for sometime and remove from fire.
4. Remove the fish from the liquid.
5. Keep aside.
6. Mix the flour with milk and place it on the fire.
7. Add a pinch of salt and stir.
8. Once it becomes thick, add pepper and a little water in which fish has been boiled.
9. Add 1 tsp of butter and mix well.
10. Pour over the fish.
11. Serve.
