Ingredients:
Oil – 3 tblsp
Mint Leaves – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp
Cashew Nut Cheese Paste – 6 to 7 tblsp
Carrot – 1/3 cup, chopped
French Beans – 1/3 cup, chopped
Green Peas – 1/3 cup, shelled
Potato – 1/3 cup, chopped
Cauliflower – 1/3 cup florets
Paneed – 1/3 cup, cubed
Green Cardamom Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
White Pepper Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Fruit Cocktail – 1/3 cup (available in most supermarkets)
Butter – 2 1/2 tblsp
Cream – 1/2 cup

Method:
1. Grind the mint leaves and coriander leaves together.
2. Heat oil in a pan over moderate heat.
3. Add the mint-coriander paste and stir for a minute.
4. Add cashew nut paste and stir.
5. Add all the vegetables and paneer.
6. Cover pan and cook for 7 to 8 minutes till the vegetables become tender.
7. Add the masala powders and salt.
8. Mix gently.
9. Add the fruit cocktail and cook for 50 to 60 seconds.
10. Add butter and saute for 2 minutes.
11. Add cream and stir to mix well.
12. Remove from heat.
13. Serve.
