Ingredients:
Potatoes – 500 gms
Poppy Seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds – 1 tblsp
Green Chillies – 3
Kopra – 2 inch piece
Ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 tsp
Oil and Ghee – 1/2 cup (mixed)
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Cloves – 2
Cardamoms – 2
Cinnamon – 1 one inch stick
Onions – 2, finely sliced
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Salt as per taste
Curd – 2 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch

Method:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1 inch slices.
2. Grind poppy seeds, coriander powder, sesame seeds, chillies and coconut.
3. Mix this with the ginger garlic paste.
4. Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
5. Fry the mustard seeds, chana dal, cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon for a few minutes.
6. Add onions and turmeric powder.
7. Fry till light brown.
8. Add tomatoes, potatoes, salt and ground spices.
9. Cook over low heat till the potatoes are tender.
10. Add curd towards the end.
11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
12. Serve hot.
