Chicken Noodles Recipe

Noodles – 500 gms
Chicken – 250 gms, cooked and shredded
Beans – 100 gms, sliced diagonally
Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
Chicken Stock – 2 cups
Cornflour – 2 tsp
Spring Onion – 3, chopped
Garlic – 1 tsp, shredded
Oil – 1/2 cup
Wine – 2 tsp (optional)
Salt as per taste

1. Cook the noodles in salted water.
2. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain thoroughly.
3. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan.
4. Toss the noodles in it.
5. Place them on a serving plate.
6. Dissolve the cornflour in the chicken stock.
7. Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan.
8. Add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
9. Add the garlic, beans and spring onions.
10. Continue to stir-fry.
11. Add the chicken stock.
12. When it comes to the boil, add the wine, soya sauce, salt and pepper.
13. Add a little sugar as per taste.
14. Simmer till the sauce is thick.
15. Pour over the noodles.
16. Serve.
