Peas and Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Rice – 200 gms
Peas – 250 gms, boiled
Mushrooms – 50 gms, boiled
Celery Stalks – 2, sliced
Onion – 1, sliced
Eggs – 2
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Ginger Paste – little
Soya Sauce – 4 tsp
Oil – 4 tblsp
Ajinomoto – a pinch
Salt and Pepper as per taste

Method:
1. Boil the rice and drain off the water.
2. Spread it on a paper to cool and dry.
3. Heat 3 tblsp of oil in a frying pan.
4. Fry the onion, garlic and ginger pastes.
5. Add the peas, mushrooms and celery.
6. Fry again.
7. Reduce the flame and add the rice.
8. Add salt, pepper, ajinomoto and soya sauce.
9. Mix thoroughly.
10. Heat the remaining 1 tblsp oil.
11. Beat the eggs and make a thin omelette.
12. Cut into thin strips.
13. Serve the fried rice garnished with the egg strips.
