How to Make Paneer Pineapple Delight Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer Cubes – 200 gms
Onion – 1 cup, finely chopped
Ginger – 1 inch piece, ground to a paste
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree – 1 cup
Grated Coconut – 1 1/4 cup
Oil – 4 tbsp
Cashewnut Paste – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Ajwain Seeds – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil and fry the onion, ginger and green chillies pastes.
2. Add the tomato puree, salt, pepper and garam masala. Cook for a minute.
3. Add the grated coconut, cashewnut paste and sugar.
4. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the paneer cubes, chopped pineapple and chilli powder.
6. Add 2 cups paneer water or hot water and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes.
7. Add lime juice and ajwain.
8. Remove from fire and serve hot.
