Hyderabadi Paneer

Ingredients:
Paneer – 250 gms
Onion – 1, grated
Tomato – 1, chopped
Curd – 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Poppy Seeds Paste – 1 tsp
Til Paste – 1 tsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Caraway Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to Taste

For the Filling:
Spinach Puree – 1 cup
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Mix all the filling ingredients.
2. Make slit in paneer slices and stuff with the filling.
3. Heat the oil and fry the onion till light brown.
4. Add ginger, garlic paste and the rest of the dry masalas.
5. Cook for 5 minutes.
6. Lastly add the cream.
7. Arrange the paneer pieces in a shallow frying pan.
8. Pour the gravy mixture on top.
9. Simmer on low flame for 10 minutes and serve hot.
