Cheese Spinach Noodles Recipe

Spinach – 1 cup
Noodles – 2 cup
Red Capsicum – 1 cup, chopped
Onion – 1 cup, chopped
Garlic – 6, grated
Milk – 1 cup
Cheese – 1 to 2 cups, grated
Butter – 3 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Spring Onion – 1 cup, chopped
Salt as per tastep
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

1. Boil the noodles with 1 tsp of salt and keep aside.
2. Clean the spinach using hot water.
3. Boil and grind the spinach to a puree.
4. In a pan add butter, chopped onions and spring onions.
5. Fry and add the grated garlic.
6. Add the capsicum and fry for a couple of minutes.
7. Add salt and then add the ground spinach.
8. Allow it to simmer.
9. Add red chilli powder and milk.
10. Let it boil for 2 minutes or until thick.
11. Add pepper powder and grated cheese.
12. Add the boiled noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
13. Serve hot.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
