Egg and Cheese Coated Chicken Legs

Ingredients:
Chicken Legs – 5, skinned, deboned
Nutmeg Powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp, crushed
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Cornflour – 4 tsp
Cottage Cheese – 4 tbsp, grated
Cream – 3 tbsp
Eggs – 2
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Mace Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Yoghurt – 5 tbsp
Butter – 3 tbsp
Clarified Butter – 1/2 cup

Method:
1. With a steak hammer, flatten the deboned chicken legs and arrange on a platter.
2. Make a paste of nutmeg powder, black pepper, garam masala, and green chilli paste.
3. Rub the paste on the chicken pieces.
4. Keep aside for an hour.
5. In a bowl combine all the other ingredients to a fine creamy consistency.
6. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for another half an hour.
7. Heat the clarified butter in a pan over medium heat and shallow fry the chicken pieces till crisp and golden.
8. Serve, garnished with lemon wedges and accompanied by green salad.
