  • 1/2 kg Bhindi kg
  • 1 3/4 tsp Salt
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)

  • 3/4 inch Fresh Ginger Root
  • 3 inch Cinnamon Stick


  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, fry onions till brown and drain excess oil.
