8 to 12Red Chillieshalved

For the sauce:
1 to 2tbspDark Soy Sauce
1tbspChinese Rice Wine
1tbspLemon Juice

How to make Gunpowder Chicken
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
Fry the chicken drumsticks for 2 to 4 minutes stirring from time to time to evenly cook.
Add the pepper powder, red chillies and cook for another minute.
Add the sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.
Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
