Microwave Keema Matar Recipe

Cooking time: 12:30 mins
500 gms. minced meat (keema)
200 gms. peas
200 gms. onion (finely chopped)
1 cup tomato puree
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tbs ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp oil
Salt & black pepper powder (to taste)

1. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave oil at 100% power for 30 secs.
2. Add spices and microwave for 1 min at 100% power.
3. Add onion-ginger-garlic paste and microwave for 3 mins at 100% power.
4. Mix tomato puree and peas and microwave for 5 mins at 100% power.
5. Lastly, add minced meat and curd and microwave (covered) for 3 – 4 mins at 80% power. Stir in between.
6. Allow to stand for 5 mins. Serve hot with naan / parantha / chapatti.
