Ingredients:
Minced mutton – 250 gms
Onion – 2 medium, sliced
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 4, chopped
Tomato – 3, skinned and chopped
Yogurt – 1 cup
Saffron – 1 pinch, soaked in lukewarm milk
Cashew nuts – 15
Clarified butter – 4 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece, chopped
Coriander seeds powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1 tbsp
Red chillies – 6
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves – 6
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Grind the ginger, garlic, red chillies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and salt to form a thick paste.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and saute the onions, green chillies and tomatoes until ghee begins to separate.
3. Simmer for 2 minutes and add the thick ginger garlic paste.
4. Now add the minced mutton and simmer until the meat is done.
5. Add the beaten curd and a cup of water.
6. Cook till the gravy is thick.
7. Finally sprinkle the garam masala, soaked saffron and cashew nuts.
8. Cover for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
