Shrimp Jalfrezi

Ingredients:
Shrimps – 450 gms
Coriander leaves – a bunch, finely chopped
Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chillies – 2 (optional)
Red bell pepper – 1
Yellow bell pepper – 1
Green bell pepper – 1
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Black pepper – as required
Coriander leaves – for garnishing, as required
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Marinate the cleaned and washed shrimps with chopped coriander, garlic and salt.
2. Fry the cumin seeds in hot oil for 1 minute and add the green chillies and then add the marinated shrimps, saute for 5 minutes with constant stirring. Sprinkle with black pepper.
3. Add the seeded and sliced green, red and yellow bell peppers and cook for another 10 minutes.
4. Transfer the shrimp and bell peppers to a serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander.
5. Serve with rice.
