Spicy Peanut Noodles

A simple Chinese noodles with peanut butter. Ideal for lunch or dinner.
Spicy Peanut Noodles

Spaghetti – 225 gms, boiled as per packet instructions until al dente
Peanut Butter – 2 tblsp
Soy Sauce – 2 1/4 tblsp
Light Brown Sugar – 2 1/4 tblsp
Sesame Oil – 2 tblsp
Garlic – 1, minced
Ginger – 1/2 tsp, minced
Red Chilli Flakes (or Red Chilli Powder) – 1/4 tsp
Spring Onions – 2 to 3, finely sliced + some for garnish

Optional Ingredients:
Capsicum – 1 tblsp, chopped
Carrots – 3 tsp, sliced
Broccoli – 2 to 3 tsp

1. Mix the peanut butter and soy sauce in a pan.
2. Add the brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, red chilli flakes and spring onions.
3. Mix well and place it over low flame.
4. After a minute, add the spaghetti and mix well until evenly mixed.
5. Garnish with spring onions.
5. Serve.
