Lamb Tikka Kebab

Ingredients:
Lamb – 400 gms, boneless, cubed
Plain Yogurt – 3/4 to 1 cup
Green Chillies – 1 tsp, minced
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 to 2 tsp
Mace Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil – 3/4 tblsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Wooden Skewers – few, soaked in water for 30 to 45 minutes

Method:
1. Prick the lamb with a fork.
2. Mix the cumin powder, yogurt, lemon juice, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, mace powder, garam masala powder and salt in a bowl.
3. Add the lamb cubes and mix well until well coated.
4. Keep the bowl in the fridge for 5 to 8 hours.
5. Skewer the lamb cubes and place them on a hot grill.
6. Cook for 3 minutes and brush with oil.
7. Turn and grill on the other side for another 3 minutes.
8. Remove and serve hot with plain naan or tandoori naan.
