Cauliflower Roti

Ingredients

  • 500 g Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cauliflower cleaned, grated
  • 5 Green Chillies
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled, finely chopped
  • few Coriander Leaves chopped
  • as required Ghee
  • as required Oil

Instructions

  • Combine the cauliflower, ginger and coriander leaves in a bowl.
  • Add 2 tsp ghee to wheat flour.
  • Add little oil and mix well.
  • Add the cauliflower mixture, salt and enough water.
  • Mix to a roti dough consistency.
  • Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Make small balls of the dough and roll them out into thin rotis.
  • Heat a tawa over medium flame.
  • Cook the prepared rotis on both sides and remove.
  • Serve with raita or side dish of choice.
