Cumin Potatoes Recipe

Potatoes – 4
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – little
Red Chilli Powder – little
Mustard Seeds – little
Curry Leaves – little
Salt as per taste
Oil as required

1. Boil the potatoes.
2. Peel the skin and chop into small pieces.
3. Heat little oil in a pan.
4. Fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves and cumin seeds for 30 seconds.
5. Add the potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and dry mango powder.
6. Mix well.
7. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
8. Remove and transfer to a serving dish.
9. Serve as a side dish to roti or chapati.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
