Aloo Jeera
Ingredients:
Baby Potatoes – 250 gms, boiled, peeled, chopped
Cumin Seeds – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies – 4, chopped
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, peeled, chopped
Garlic – 6 cloves, chopped
Oil – 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Curry Leaves – few, chopped

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the cumin seeds and fry for a minute.
3. Add the green chillies, ginger, garlic and curry leaves.
4. Fry for 30 seconds and add the potatoes.
5. Add salt and turmeric powder.
6. Mix well and close the pan with a lid.
7. Reduce flame to low and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
8. Stir once or twice till well combined.
9. Serve.
