Szechuan Pepper Fish

Szechuan Pepper Fish
Noodles – 150 gms, cooked as per packet instructions
Oil – 1 tblsp
Szechuan Peppercorns – 1/2 tblsp, crushed
White Fish Fillet – 250 gms, cubed
Garlic – 2 cloves, finely chopped
Soy Sauce – 1 tlsp
Sweet Soy Sauce – 1/2 tblsp
Chilli Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Orange Juice – 1/2 tblsp
Spring Onions – 2, small, sliced
Cabbage – 1/4, shredded
Red Chilli – 1, small, finely sliced

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Stir-fry the szechuan peppercorns for 45 seconds.
3. Add the fish fillets and garlic.
4. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, chilli sauce and orange juice.
6. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Add the spring onions, cabbage and red chilli.
8. Cook for a minute or two or until the fish is cooked.
9. Remove and pour over the noodles.
10. Serve.
