Corn Chaat
Ingredients:
Sweet Corn Kernels – 4 cups, boiled
Green Peas – 1 cup, boiled
Onions – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Tomatoes – 1 cup, finely chopped, seeds removed
Chaat Masala Powder – 3/4 tblsp
Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder) – 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Sugar as required (powdered)
Sev for garnish
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped, for garnish

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients (except sev and coriander leaves) in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
3. Serve at once.
