Mango and Cardamom Lassi
Ingredients:
Mango – 1 cup, peeled, chopped
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Plain Yogurt – 1/4 cup

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer jar.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into individual serving glasses.
4. Serve chilled.
