Nice recipe! I’ll be back to celloge soon doing my masters, so I can see myself cooking/freezing in the same way. it’s much handier. Until then, I’m a BIG fan of Thai, Indian or general Asian chicken (or vegetable!) curry. It’s super easy to make, and generally tastes delicious! Specially with Jasmine Rice or Noodles, although I find noodles can be a little juicy with a thin curry.
