Tandoori Fruit Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:
Guavas – 100 gms
Apples – 100 gms
Pineapple – 100 gms
Sweet Potato – 100 gms, peeled
Oil
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp

For the Marinade:
Red Chilli  Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 3/4 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 3/4 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves – 3/4, dried
Black Salt – 3/4 tsp
Ajwain – 3/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Corn Flour – 1 tblsp
Yogurt – 2 tblsp
Malt Vinegar – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp

Method:
1. Cut the fruits and sweet potato into 2 inch cubes.
2. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix the fruit and sweet potato with the marinade.
4. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
5. Skewer the fruits and sweet potatoes.
6. Roast them in an oven at 180C for 4 to 5 minutes.
7. Remove and baste with oil.
8. Roast again for 2 minutes.
9. Remove from the skewers and arrange on a plate.
10. Garnish with chaat masala.
11. Serve hot.
