Dry Fruit Lassi

Ingredients:
Thick Fresh Curds – 2 cups, cold
Cardamom – 1, powdered
Dry Coconut Powder – 1 tbsp
Almonds – 8, roughly crushed
Raisins – 1 1/2 tbsp, soaked for 15 minutes
Sugar – 2 tbsp or to taste
Ice Cubes – 4 to 5

For Garnish:
Honey – 2 tsp
Almond Slivers – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Blend in a mixer grinder for a minute.
3. Pour in tall glasses.
4. Garnish with honey and sprinkle almond slivers on top.
5. Serve.

Health Tip:
Dry fruits provide vitamin E, iron and fibre. Curds have all the nutrients of milk. It is highly rich in proteins, vitamins and calcium. It is included in daily diets. It is easily digested than milk. Good for all ages.
