Kadi Paneer

Ingredients:
Paneer – 250 gms
Sour Curd – 2 cups
Water or Paneer Water (Whey) – 4 cups
Gram Flour – 6 tbsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon Sticks – 3
Dry Red Chillies – 2 to 3
Fenugreek – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 2
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Sieve the curd.
2. Mix with gram flour and churn it in the mixie, adding the salt, sugar, ginger and green chilli paste.
2. Put the mixture in a heavy-bottomed pan and boil for 10 minutes till a thick consistency is reached.
3. Add the paneer cubes and remove from the fire.
4. Heat the ghee in a pan.
5. Fry the dry red chilli, fenugreek, cumin, cinnamon and clove for a minute.
6. Add the curry leaves and mix this to the above mixture.
7. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
