Paneer Muthia Masala Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Muthia:
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Fenugreek Leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
Ginger Paste – 1/4 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp

For the Paneer:
Paneer – 250 gms
Curd – 1 cup
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Mix the ingredients for the muthia.
2. Add a little water and make round balls.
3. Deep fry them to a golden brown. Keep aside.
4. Heat the oil in a pan.
5. Fry the onions to a light brown.
6. Add the ginger and all the dry masalas.
7. Add the paneer cubes and muthia.
8. Stir for a minute.
9. Add the curd.
10. Cook for 5 minutes till the water dries.
11. Garnish with the kasoori methi.
12. Serve hot.
