Navaratna Salan Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer Cubes – 1 cup
Mixed Vegetables – 2 cups (carrot, cauliflower, potato, capsicum)
Onions – 2, big
Ginger Paste – 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Maida Flour – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Cream – 1/2 cup
Tomato Sauce – 1/4 cup
Butter – 4 tbsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan.
2. Add the maida and saute for a minute.
3. Add the milk and stir till thick.
4. Remove from the fire.
5. Add the tomato sauce and cream.
6. Heat the remaining 2 tbsp of butter.
7. Fry the chopped onion, ginger and garlic pastes.
8. Add the mixed vegetables.
9. Cook till the vegetables are tender.
10. Add the paneer cubes, chilli powder, cumin powder and chat masala.
11. Mix with the sauce.
12. Serve with parathas.
