Ingredients:
Lamb – 800 gms
Oil – 3/4 cup
Garlic – 50 gms, chopped
Capsicums – 100 gms, chopped
Onions – 50 gms, chopped
Red Chillies – 4 to 6
Spring Onions – 50 gms, chopped
Ginger – 75 gms, shredded
Fish Sauce – 2 tsp
Oyster Sauce – 2 tsp
Light Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Cut the lamb into slices.
2. Blanch the lamb slices and keep aside.
3. Heat the oil in a kadai.
4. Add the garlic and saute until light brown.
5. Add the capsicums, onions, red chillies and spring onions along with ginger.
6. Saute for a minute.
7. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and pepper powder.
8. Toss on high heat for 5 minutes.
9. Transfer into a serving dish.
10. Serve hot.
