Ingredients:
American Sweet Corn – 2 to 3 cups, boiled
Onions – 1/2 cup, finely cut
Capsicum – 1/4 cup, finely diced
Green Chillies – 2, seeded and cut finely
Spring Onions – few, cut finely
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, chopped
Oil
Butter
Milk – 2 cups
Corn Flour – 1 1/2 tblsp
Cheese – 2 cubes, grated
Toasted Bread – 10 slices
Method:
1. Heat oil and butter in a pan.
2. Add the green chillies, onion and fry for few minutes.
3. Mix capsicum and fry for another 2 more minutes.
4. Sprinkle ajinomoto and stir until onions are fried.
5. Add tomatoes and stir until pulpy.
6. Add salt, chilli powder and cooked corn.
7. Stir fry for a few minutes and mix coriander leaves.
8. Heat milk in a broad vessel.
9. Mix cornflour in little cold milk and add to the boiling milk.
10. Stir constantyl until it turns thick sauce like consistency.
11. Add this to the corn and mix gently.
12. Switch off the stove and mix the grated cheese.
13. Serve on top of the toasted bread slice.
