Ingredients:
Bengal Gram – 1 cup, soaked for 1 hour
Okra (Bhindi) – 200 gms, chopped, fried
Potatoes – 100 gms, diced, fried
Carrots – 100 gms, diced, fried
French Beans – 100 gms, diced, fried
Green Peas – 200 gms, shelled, fried
Paneer – 100 gms, diced, fried
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1, one inch piece, finely chopped
Garlic – 1, pod, minced
Cumin Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar – 2 tsp
Tomato Puree – 2 cups
Juice of lemon – 1
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Mango Powder – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Drain and boil the bengal gram in 1 1/2 cups water.
2. Heat the ghee in a pan.
3. Add ginger, garlic, all the fried vegetables, paneer, boiled Bengal gram, cumin, coriander, and turmeric powders.
4. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
5. Mix the salt and sugar with the tomato puree, and pour over the vegetables.
6. Add the remaining ingredients, cook on dum for 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
