You have not mentioned whether to use fully grown or tender jack fruit. In fact jack fruit can be used as a vegetable right from tender to preserved. You know we in this part of India(Coastal Karnataka and Malnad)preserve jack fruit in brine which has a keeping quality of nearly one year!
