Mushroom and Corn in Onion Gravy

200 gms Button mushrooms
150 gms Corn niblets
3 tbsp Browned onion paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Haldi powder
1/2 tsp Annar dana powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Jeera powder
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste

1. Wash the mushrooms well and cut each one into quarters.
2. Heat half the quantity of the oil and add the mushroom pieces and cover with a lid and cook on medium heat till most of the water from the mushrooms has dried up.
3. Add the corn and the pastes and all the spices and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes, adding a little oil from time to time.
4. Check for the salt and fry on low heat for a further 2 to 3 minutes till the preparation is dry. Serve with roti or paratha.
