To Fry:
1tspSoy Sauce – 1 tsp
2tbspCorn Flour – 2 tblsp
12Prawnsmedium
Salt to taste

1/2Capsicum
1inchGinger
4Garlic Cloves
1Green Chilli
3tspSoy Sauce
3tspRed Chilli Sauce
3tspTomato Sauce
1tspCorn Flour
2tspOil
Salt to taste
How to make Chilli Prawns
Clean and wash the prawns well.
Chop the spring onions and capsicum to medium size pieces.
Mix the corn flour along with water to form a paste.
Take a bowl, add the prawn pieces, salt, soy sauce, Corn flour and mix thoroughly.
Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
Fry the marinated prawn pieces in oil till crisp and golden brown.
To another pan, add oil and heat under medium flame.
Add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chilly.
Add the chopped spring onions and capsicum.
Add the soy sauce, tomato sauce, red chilly sauce and needed water.
Cook until it gets boiled well.
When they are cooked well, add the fried prawns and the corn flour paste and mix well.
Cook until the gravy has thickened and water is fully evaporated.
