Paneer Capsicum Paratha

A delicious and filling paratha with a paneer and capsicum filling. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or evening snack.
Paneer Capsicum Paratha

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Water as required
Salt as per taste
Oil – 1 tsp

For the stuffing:
Capsicum – 1/4 cup, chopped
Paneer – 1/4 cup, grated
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/8 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/8 tsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Oil as required

Method:
1. Mix the wheat flour, salt, oil and enough water in a bowl.
2. Knead well to a pliable dough and keep aside for 20 minutes.
3. Mix the paneer, capsicum, red chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl.
4. Make small balls of the dough and shape them into a cup.
5. Add the paneer-capsicum filling and fold well.
6. Roll this out into a paratha.
7. Heat a nonstick tawa over medium flame.
8. Cook the paratha on both sides adding little oil around the edges.
9. Remove the paratha and transfer to a serving plate.
10. Serve with curd and pickle.
