Chinese Noodle Stir-Fry

This is a basic noodle stir-fry recipe to get you started. Add vegetables, chicken or seafood as desired.
Noodle Stir-Fry

Egg Noodles – 150 gms, cooked as per packet instructions
Cabbage – 1 cup, chopped
Courgette – 2, finely sliced
Capsicums – 2, sliced
Oyster Sauce (or Worcestershire sauce) – 1 tblsp
Lime Juice – 1 tblsp
Spring Onions – 1/2 cup, sliced
Carrot – 2, peeled, sliced
Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped
Garlic – 3 cloves, finely chopped
Oil – 3 tlsp
Green Peas – 1 tblsp
Soy Sauce – 3 tblsp, light
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the garlic and green chillies for a minute.
3. Add all the vegetables and stir well.
4. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
5. Add the noodles and cook for another minute or two.
6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and lime juice.
7. Add salt and pepper powder.
7. Garnish with spring onions.
8. Serve at once.
