Raw Mango Chutney Fish

Ingredients:
Fish – 750 gms, cleaned, cut into chunks
Oil – 1 tblsp
Green Masala – 1 cup
Raw Mango – 1 tblsp, peeled and minced
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste

For the Marinade:
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Lime Juice – 1 tblsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Mix the marinade ingredients and rub into fish.
2. Keep aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a flat pan over medium heat.
4. Add the green masala and minced mango.
5. Fry lightly and add marinated fish along with marinade.
6. Add very little water to make a thick, almost dry consistency.
7. Add sugar and salt.
8. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until fish is done.
9. Add garam masala powder.
10. Turn off heat and keep covered for 2 minutes.
11. Serve with rice.
