Kopra Ladoo Recipe

Coconut – 500 gms, desiccated
Condensed Milk – 2 1/2 cups
Butter – 1 tsp
Pink Colouring – few drops (optional)

1. Keep aside 100 gms of coconut.
2. Add remaining coconut to condensed milk and cook in butter on slow fire till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
3. Add pink colouring and mix well.
4. Cool and roll into small ladoos with buttered hands.
5. Roll onto remaining coconut.
6. Serve.
