A delicious dessert that requires minimal ingredients and is easy to make.

Javvarisi Payasam (Sago Kheer / Sabudana Kheer) is a popular South Indian payasam / kheer variety made during festivals or weddings. Made with Javvarisi, milk and ghee, it is easy to make and tastes delicious, just like it’s cousin – Semiya Payasam.
