Baked Vegetables with Noodles

Ingredients:
Mixed Vegetables – 2 cups, chopped and steamed
Noodles – 200 gms, boiled and fried
Onions – 2, large, chopped
Green Chillies – 8, chopped
Ginger – 1 inch piece, shredded
Mustard Powder – 1/4 tsp
Butter – 7 tsp
Milk – 3 cups
Flour – 2 tblsp
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs – 4 tblsp
Vinegar – 2 tblsp
Soyabean Sauce – 1/4 cup
Tomato Sauce – 1/4 cup
Chilli Sauce – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper
Ajinomoto – little
Oil

Method:
1. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
2. Fry the onions, ginger and green chillies.
3. Add the flour and fry.
4. Lower heat and add the milk.
5. Stir. Increase the heat and stir till the mixture is thick.
6. Add the steamed vegetables and noodles to the white sauce.
7. Add all the ingredients except breadcrumbs.
8. Pour into an ovenproof dish.
9. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
10. Bake till golden brown.
