How to make Pudina Chai
Bring the water to boil and add the pudina leaves.
Remove from fire and keep it covered.
Keep it aside and let it steep for about 20 minutes so as to retain the oils present in the pudina leaves.
Add the milk and the spices.
Stir in the honey.
Heat it on a low flame for an additional 15 minutes.
