Ingredients for Pudina Chai

  • 2 cup Water
  • 12 to 15 Fresh Pudina Leaves
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 3/4 tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp Honey

How to make Pudina Chai

  • Bring the water to boil and add the pudina leaves.
  • Remove from fire and keep it covered.
  • Keep it aside and let it steep for about 20 minutes so as to retain the oils present in the pudina leaves.
  • Add the milk and the spices.
  • Stir in the honey.
  • Heat it on a low flame for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
